I have 20+ years of experience in libraries with 12+ years in executive leadership positions in Ontario, BC, and Alberta. I have worked with Boards of all sizes and configurations. I have hands-on experience in organizational assessment, problem solving, and real world growth and structure planning. I've worked with budgets from $1M to $40M and understand the fiscal responsibility that Libraries have to tax payers.
