The Strategic Readiness Index (SRI) measures whether your organizations can position proactively for conditions you haven't encountered yet - not just how well you're running today. In my work I've discovered that most organizations do well at measuring operations performance but there is a gap between performance and readiness for disruption or change. The SRI diagnoses that gap. ​
