My advisory work is grounded in lived experience as a current Library Director. I understand the weight of decision-making in public institutions. My approach is intentionally measured and respectful of organizational pace. This work is not about disruption, or pushing change prematurely, but about creating clarity so leaders can make thoughtful decisions with confidence and care. ​
